1406 Summit Ave, Union City

We're making steady progress on a new building project, currently focused on the foundation. After planning and site prep, we carried out a controlled excavation to establish a stable base, followed by installing footings to support the structure. The team is now completing reinforced foundation walls, built to spec for strength and stability. Next, we’ll pour the concrete slab, which will serve as the ground floor. Once the walls are done, we’ll move on to exterior finishes that meet both functional needs and design intent.

6121 Bergenline Ave, West New York

The reconstruction of what used to be carvel is progressing smoothly, with our job being done in a one month period. We started with the excavation, and now the foundation is fully completed, and the masonry walls reach the first-floor level. This achievement signals meaningful momentum as the project continues advancing through its critical early construction stages.

524 64th Street, West New York

This is an active project that is nearing completion. We have already constructed the foundation for the building, erected the masonry walls on the first floor, and laid the slab for the garage. Furthermore, we have completed the exterior work, including installing the brick veneer and siding. Presently, we are finalizing the project by preparing to construct the driveway, sidewalk and other final touches.

6114 Jackson Street, West New York

We’ve recently launched construction on a three-story residential building, beginning with foundational work now in progress. Once that phase wraps, we’ll start laying up the first-floor masonry walls. The final stage will focus on installing the exterior envelope, which will feature a blend of brick veneer, metal paneling, and siding to complete the structure.

6123 Park Ave, West New York

We started working on this project in 2024 and currently our work for the building has been completed. The foundation has been constructed, masonry walls have been built, and the slab has been laid. Additionally, the exterior work has been completed, including the installation of the brick veneer and metal paneling. The building will will soon be ready to accommodate tenants.

4614 Kennedy Blvd, Union City

This is an active project where we’ve recently completed the installation of the detention system and the construction of the CMU elevator shaft. With that done, we’re preparing to move into the next stage of site improvements. Upcoming work includes constructing concrete steps at both the front and rear of the building, forming and pouring a new concrete walkway, and replacing the existing concrete patio. These additions will help enhance accessibility and usability around the building. Additional scope items will follow as the project continues to develop.
